Fat Burning Ice
Cream:
This no carb, no sugar recipe is as close to ice cream
as you can get, yet is only protein and a little 'healthy'
fats (EFA, CLA) - it will actually enhance fat burning
(High protein and Essential Fats enhance
your bodies fat burning!) You can even add flax seed for
fiber! And it still tastes great!
Recipe:
- 8 oz water
- 1 or 2 large cups of ice cubes
- 2-3 scoops of Protein(vanilla,
chocolate, strawberry or other)
- 1-2 tablespoons Flax/EFA oil
or ground flax seed
- ¼-1/2 packet: Fat Free & Sugar Free Instant
Pudding/Pie Filling Mix (same flavor as protein)
Optional:2 teaspoons Chocamine
. This is a rich chocolate tasting powder that is a mood
enhancer and fat burner. If you add Stevia
with it, you remove all artifical sweeteners(nutrasweet,
splenda, sucralose, etc.) So you can substitute Chocamine&
Stevia for the Chocolate Instant Pudding/Pie Filling Mix,
or Vanilla & Stevia for the Vanilla Pie Filling Mix.
1.)Mix the protein, Instant Pudding Mix(or Chocamine/Stevia),
and water in a blender.
2.)Add the Flax/EFA, and immediately after add the ice
cubes. You can add as much ice as you want- more makes
it thicker. You end up with healthy soft-serve tasting
shake you need ot eat with a spoon. Its not exactly like
ice cream, but to help your goals and satisfy your craving
- it cant be beat!
If you really want to boost it up, you can add the potent
fat burner, mood enhancer Chocamine (a deep, dark extract
of chocolate) to a chocolate version. Or add it to a vanilla
version and the result is a delicious Mocha flavor!
