Vitamin C plays a vital role in the formation of collagen ( a structural protein in connective tissue ), amino avid metabolism and hormone sythesis, and the utilization of many nutrients, such as folic acid and iron. It is also a key factor in the body's immune system

Suggested Use:  1/4  teaspoon mixed in water or juice as desired, preferably with a meal. For reference, one level teaspoon contains approximately 4.26 grams of vitamin C.
